The camera system uses IR-CUT, allowing EBO Air 2 to continue monitoring in low-light conditions or at night.

6. Automatic return to the charging base and obstacle avoidance

The robot has a charging base and supports automatic return to the charger. The system combines path memory when far away with infrared positioning when approaching the charging base, helping the robot locate and align with the charging station.

EBO Air 2 uses TOF infrared sensors and a 6-axis IMU to recognize its surroundings and help avoid obstacles while moving.

7. Interact with pets using a laser

EBO Air 2 features an integrated infrared laser for interacting with pets, making it especially suitable for playing with cats through app controls. Enabot confirms that the EBO Air 2 model has a laser in its official FAQ.
